Policy - Returns and Refunds

We stand behind the products we make 100%. If you are not satisfied with any of our products, please let us know. It is worth noting that all of our products are handcrafted; slight variations in color, texture, and finish are inherent to the materials and the design. When ordering planters, please remember to double-check the dimensions to ensure that you get the right size for the intended space.

Damaged Upon Arrival

Every order is packed carefully to ensure that all items arrive at your door safely. Should an item arrive in damaged condition, please email us at orders@lightandladder.com within 48 hours of receiving the package with a photo of the damage. We also ask that you hold on to all parts of the item until we’ve provided further instructions.

Refunds and Exchanges

Should you decide that your Light + Ladder item is not right for you, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to initiate a return. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable and the buyer is responsible for the return of the merchandise in a resalable condition.  Refunds will not be issued for goods that arrive to us damaged so please take care in repackaging our goods so that it does not break in transit. The refund will be issued when we receive the item.
